2. Nilacharai Premium Subscription and Payments
2.1. Service Description: Nilacharai Premium is a paid membership tier that provides subscribers with an ad-free reading experience across our published articles, essays, poetry, and stories, alongside faster page performance.
2.2. Pricing and Billing: The subscription fee for Nilacharai Premium is ₹499 per year (or as advertised at the time of purchase). All fees are stated in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless specified otherwise.
2.3. Payment Processing: Payments are securely processed through our authorized payment gateway partner, Razorpay (Razorpay Software Private Limited). By initiating a transaction, you agree to comply with Razorpay’s terms and conditions. We do not store your sensitive financial information (such as credit card numbers, CVVs, or UPI PINs) on our servers.
2.4. Subscription Period & Renewal: Premium membership remains active for exactly one (1) calendar year from the date of successful transaction. Renewal notices will be provided prior to expiration.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
3.1. Digital Content: Due to the immediate delivery of digital benefits (instantaneous ad removal and full platform access), subscription fees are generally non-refundable once activated.
3.2. Billing Errors: In the event of an accidental duplicate charge or technical payment error caused by our system or the payment gateway, please contact us within seven (7) days of the transaction date at [email protected] with your transaction receipt. Verified duplicate payments will be refunded through the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
3.3. Voluntary Cancellation: You may cancel or choose not to renew your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Your ad-free access will remain active until the end of the current paid billing cycle.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
4.1. Ownership of Content: All literary works, poems, stories, essays, articles, artwork, logos, and digital designs published on Nilacharai are the intellectual property of their respective authors and/or Nilacharai, protected under Indian and international copyright laws.
4.2. Permitted Use: You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to read and view published content for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may share excerpts or article links provided appropriate credit and a direct link to the original article on Nilacharai are included.
4.3. Prohibited Acts: You must not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, scrape, or systematically extract content from this Website for commercial gain or AI training without explicit prior written authorization from Nilacharai and the original author.
